Makenna was over today and we took about 70 pictures of the puppies. Before you run screaming away from your computer, I can assure you I have edited them down to a 2 minute montage.
Saturday night I actually slept in our bed. We had the door closed, the air conditioner on and Hubby snoring, and yet, when a puppy cried at 3:30 AM, not only did I hear it, but I was up and out of my bed, through the bedroom door and into the puppy room in two seconds flat! All was well, I think Greta may have lay down too close to one of them, and after patting Greta for a minute, I returned to bed.
Sunday saw me putting the twin bed I’ve been sleeping on in the puppy room, back in the office. Then I put a chair, and a doggy bed for Greta in there as well. This is the first stage of the puppies growing independence. All of them not only have open eyes, I believe at least 3 of them have open ears, as they reacted to my voice today.
So sit back and enjoy these pictures. Happy Monday everyone!!!
So you are back in your bedroom listening peacefully to a motor saw, that made me move out and not in, lol ! the puppies have so worried faces since they have the eyes open, it is as if they carry all miseries of the world on their little shoulders !
How wonderful! I loved that slide show. It was just great and the puppies adorable!!! Love YOU, Mel
