Annual De-Lurking Day

My pal The Cactus asked me to help him, and others declare today De-lurking Day! It’s a day where those far and wide drop a little comment on my blog to say Hi!!!

Meanwhile on the diet front, I went to the doctor today and they weighed me. Now if I weigh this same amount tomorrow night at Weight Watchers, I will be one very happy girl!

Here’s today’s menu:

Breakfast
Oatmeal
1/2 cup skim milk
1/2 grapefruit

water

Snack
Yogurt

Lunch
Large vegetable salad with chicken
Tea

water

Dinner
Steak (!)
1/2 cup potatoes
broccoli

Snack
orange

    I like to comment whenever I drop by, sometimes not daily but I make multiple comments then, I hope others do as well!

    Just a quick comment to say hello, and congrats–it sounds like you are doing very well on your diet!
    I may enter a “weight loss challenge” with a few of the girls in my office. If you don’t mind, I was going to ask if you could email me a suggested grocery list–you know me–I’m not very good at these type of things–and I almost never grocery shop for anyone but the kitties! (LOL) So, if you have some suggestions, I would be grateful!

  3. Not a lurker anymore but don’t always comment. Glad to hear you are doing well on your “diet” Your menu sounds great! Especially that salad with chicken. Keep up the good work!
