The first picture is my sister Melodie, our brother Richard, who passed away when he was 26 from cancer, and me. I think I was maybe 4 or 5 years old. But time passes doesn’t it?

This second picture is of me with Melodie last week when we went to see the cherry blossoms. It’s so nice to have such a loving relationship with your sister.

  6. What a nice picture of the 3 siblings. How sad that your brother died at such a young age !!

    I also read your post about Greta and that you won’t be grandma (?) it will be for the next time, I am sure don’t be too disappointed. I thought it had snowed in your garden when I saw the picture with Fritz ! Oh my what a lot of hairs, lol !

  8. You all have such beautiful smiles! Such sadness with the early loss of your brother. *sigh* It’s always extra heartbreaking when it’s youngsters or kids passing away, they never got the chance to live their lives…

    I love both pictures very much. In the first one you all look sooooo happy. It really is a great picture. And the second picture shows me how much you both love each other….. What a great feeling being such wonderful sisters.

  10. You are lucky to have a good relationship with your sister and someone to share a special part of you with. I sure wish I had a sister! Always wanted one. Mom only made boys after me hehehe. Maybe there was a reason for that 🙂
