Today my grand niece, Abby, graduated from Pre-School. My sister went and brought along Luke so they could cheer her on and take these pictures for me, since I couldn’t be there.
Abby is the daughter of my oldest nephew, Mike. In fact I was just 13 when Mike was born and he was like a live doll for me! So I am really enjoying his lovely daughter. She has the most beautiful blue eyes and every summer her dark blond hair turns nearly white blond in the sun.

Abby loves all animals, birds, helping my sister cook and clean and is just about the sweetest kid you could imagine. She and her cousin Luke get along really well and are playmates. I think they look very much like brother and sister!

I’ll be seeing her again in July and I can hardly wait! It’s times like these, (when she graduates from Pre-School) that I wish I lived closer than a 4 hour car ride!

She is DARLING! And they DO look alike! A little Scandinavian in them? Or maybe a lot? Isn’t the internet WONDERFUL? Do you remember back when you would have had to wait DAYS (or even weeks) for the film to be developed IN HOPES that a couple of shots came out okay … and then for the mailman to deliver them!? Now? The minute we get home, we run to the computer with our chip and upload a million shots! Quickly choose the best ones, crop to perfection and send them out to every bloomin’ soul we know!!! Gotta LOVE technology! hehehe…
Abby is going to love seeing this! Yep another moment of love and pride for Gandma Honey! Thanks Sis! Love YOU!
Awww she is such a cute little girl 🙂
What a sweet little girl ! and concerning photos I fully agree with Melli ! it’s just a great invention !
Congratulations to the darling graduate! Both cousins look darling. I agree with Melli, modern technology allows us to share beautiful moments almost instantly, lucky us!
Oh, she’s so cute!!!
Congratulations to her for her graduation!
She is adorable!!! And she does look a lot like her dad! 🙂
I’m so happy and relieved it is Friday today!! I think I’ve slept 6 hours in the last two days, so needless to say, I am looking forward to at least sleeping in over the weekend! 🙂
Love you,
Mandy
