Broken
Hubby had to have both of his knees replaced last year because they were essentially, “broken”. Now, after many months of therapy, he is back to his old self, and able to walk and ski and do all that he could before. This picture was taken after the second knee was replaced. He was one very happy surgical patient!
That’s pretty amazing how broken can be healed sometimes. No wonder he was happy 🙂
Oh how I feel for your hubby! I had rotater cuff surgery 1 year ago today, and doc tells me I am at 75% healed…still have 6-8 months! Good take on the photo theme! Thanks so much for visiting my blog tonight!
It is amazing how modern medicine and technology can do wonders. I’m glad he is okay.

I work with a lady who had two knee replacements…I know it’s not an easy surgery to get through. I’m glad your husband is doing so well!

Glad to hear he is fully recovered, its great that knee or hip replacements can make such a difference to people’s lives.

Ouch! I am so glad he is better now, and not broken any more!
That can be a tough recovery. My dad has had both knees done too. I’m glad he’s up and at ’em again, and even skiing? Wow!
I remember that shot! It’s great that he is able to do all those things again!!!
I hope that my hubby heals similarly and is back like before after he has his back surgery whenever we get that scheduled!

I see he had a pain pump hooked up to him….was that why he was a happy patient! Hee hee !! Believe me, those things are wonderful when you have surgery! Glad he’s doing well on those new knees!
