- Marry your best friend. Sex is great, but in the dark days, when it seems like everything is going down hill, you would do well, to be married to your best friend!
- Be kind to each other, each and every day, and remember, you are not always going to agree.
- Enjoy your children (and grandchildren, the man was older) while you have them. Their youth is fleeting. You can teach them so much when they are young, and they can also teach you.

Happy wedding anniversary !!! Not bad 23 years, we are married for 41 years ! Sometimes I wonder how I could stay with the same man for such a long time,lol ! Must be love !
Friendship and humor is the best recepe for a good marriage as long as you can laugh together everything is OK ! We also fight and it is quiet loud or have you ever heard an Italian with a little voice ? They are famous for operas and also good Drama actors, lol !
