Revised Recipe For Carrot Casserole

This one is even better than the original!

3 Eggs
1/2 cup sugar or (1/3 cup Splenda sugar blend)
1 stick butter
1 tbs. baking powder
2 tbs. flour
1 cup milk
1 tsp tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. ground cloves
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp nutmeg
2 cups hot cooked carrots

Place all ingredients into blender and puree. Pour into buttered (or Pam) casserole dish 8 X 10 and bake at 350* for about 30 minutes or until set.
This is good either warm or cold.
