A Week Old (The Movie)

I got out the video camera and shot a little footage today. After all, since the puppies are now a week old, I needed to commemorate the day.

The nice thing is that Greta is allowing me to handle each pup without becoming upset. Last week she did not want me to hold them for too long and she would get upset if I did. This week, she almost welcomes it. As long as, of course, I pay attention to her too!

If I had known how much fun raising pups was, I would have started doing this a long time ago.

  1. I just LOVE these videos. They are so fun to watch. Have any of the puppies opened their eyes? It’s nice to see Miss Greta up and moving around. She loves her mommy since she was wagging her tail while you were taping. I would love to see you hold one of the puppies to be able to gage how small they are!!!!

  2. Great video, MB. I love when you bring it close up and we can see their sweet little faces. Greta does look a lot more relaxed about being a new mother now.

I’m glad you are enjoying it so much.

  3. I can see why you want to do this more often. They are so cute and Greta is looking perkier and its nice to see her tail waging like all get out….Of course, you many want to check with Greta about your plans about more litters… Just saying

  4. I loved hearing Greta plod away and then plod back. I bet she was standing there looking down at them along with you.
    So precious and squirmy!!

  5. OMG! they are so cute that I almost die… *lol* Their little faces, still wrinkled. I love puppy wrinkles!

How on earth are you going to able to separate from them later… Phew. tough one for me. I would want to keep every one 😉
