This is my own Baked French Onion Soup. Hubby says it is one of the best things I make and he loves it. So needless to say, I make it often!
Delicious!
It’s been an interesting day on the diet. I spent quite a bit of time reading and re-reading about the flex plan. I need that plan as it requires you to weight and measure. I need to get portion size under control.
I had this:
Breakfast
An egg white omelet with cheese
1/2 a grapefruit
coffee
Lunch
Tuna sandwich
small salad
2 tbs lite salad dressing.
Snack
Lite popcorn
Dinner
Chicken Pasta Primavera
Roasted Eggplant
Oh I have been drinking oodles of water and even had a cup of herbal tea. And I still have three points to use up before bed.
One thing is for sure, I need to go out and shop and buy the things that will make this diet a bit more balanced.
But, so far so good!
I love onion soup, it looks not only delicious but very pretty presented.

Oh my ! you make my mouth water ! I love onion soup !! Your diet sounds not bad at all I hope it’s good for you. My grandma used to say that the best diet is “Friss die Hälfte” which means “Eat the half”
