2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 stick butter
3/4 c. Splenda sugar blend (or 1+1/2 cup sugar)
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. molasses
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. applesauce
3 large apples diced
1 c. chopped walnuts
Mix all cake ingredients together and bake in a bundt pan at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
