And…here we go!
1. I don’t know what it’s like to fly a plane; I only know how it feels to be along for the ride.
2. “She Made It Through” would be a great title for my life.
3. A couple of weeks from now it will be my 54th birthday.
4. I’m planning my own Birthday party, complete with a delicious cake and any number of things.
5. I drove from my house to Mandy’s house last week and had a chance to visit and play with Savannah.
6. There have been wonderful moments in my life when I was happy.
7. And as for the weekend, tonight I’m looking forward to finding something new and wonderful to do, tomorrow my plans include clearing my garden and getting it ready to go to bed for the winter and Sunday, I want to get the laundry done!
Certainly, a difficult lot this week… But, glad its the weekend coming up!! Less than 1/2 an hour to go and I am outta work for three days, YAY!!

I am sure you’ll have a happy day for your Birthday! I wish I could come, but not only do I have a meeting that day that is a big one that I must attend, but I have Mom to care for and that takes up so much of my time now. Plus it is so near Thanksgiving.
I think I will have to work on planning for my 60th Birthday next summer. I am looking forward to that. Love YOU, Mel
It’s sad to prepare the garden for the winter ! We didn’t even have real summer only a few warm days !
