It must be very impresse to watch the big boats in these very narrow spaces!
Great pics and so to the point – thanks for sharing!
Wishing you a great end to your week ๐
That’s what I love about engineering: it is so precise that you can do this safely. Isn’t it fantastic! Your photos illustrate this beautifully.
Amazing! This is the first time I have a close look at how fantastic these captains of the ship can perform. thanks for sharing! ๐
WOW! that is so cool. I have never seen that before. ๐
happy weekend.
Wonderful pictures and very interesting !
Oh, I love watching boats in action at the locks. We have one here in the PNW too. Happy Weekend!
That is one narrow canal indeed. Maribeth, I don’t know for what reason but I can actually view your photos now! I am so happy!
My goodness!! It’s quite amazing that the ship can move at all through that, it looks such a close fit. No scrapes?
cool shots!
Yikes! Those locks do look narrow!!!! Great shots!
It is amazing how narrow they are now, I wonder if when they designed it they thought boats would become that wide.
Fantastic intepretation and the Photos are just fabulous. U 2 had a wonderful cruise, also for us Cyber Cruisers;))
btw. Thanks for the Comment to my Daughters “Open House”. It was hectic, but OMG, papa is lucky she does have such many and wonderful friends. And now (Tuesday) she’ll go to a completly unknown place, to start building up a Brand – all alone. She is courragious. I feel confident she will succeed.
Papa and Anna are more than a bit tired this Sunday. Seven full machines did the Dish washing (so far). Our Cats did hide most of the time. They do not trust kids. But I showed the kids where they were – unreachable – but they saw them both.
hugs from the Vikings
Have a Wonderful week to come.
