This weekend Baron will be meeting his forever Daddy.
He will arrive Saturday afternoon, stay with us overnight and then head out early on Sunday with Baron to his new forever home in Michigan. We sure will miss Baron, but even more, I know Baerbel will miss him. She is our last puppy.
Baron
Baerbel will leave us in a few days. That’s when it gets hard for me. You see when they leave at the same time it is just one good-bye. But when one stays longer than the others then I start getting attached. So it will be tough sledding next week when I have to say good-bye to my very last puppy.

By the way, Greta is really showing symptoms of pregnancy. It’s amazing how much I remember from her last pregnancy. Just a week and a half away and we will know for sure.
Build a wall around your heart ! (although it’s very difficult !)
I’ve had a wall around my heart for years, fortunately or unfortunately! I was wondering what you were doing today, I was thinking of coming up. Oh well!
Bye, bye PUPPIES! Love YOU, Mel
I think its too late to build a wall. Afraid of getting attached? Sorry my friend I think you already are. But remember that you raise your puppies with love and care, and this is the price you pay for all the love they have given you too. It’s worth the price I bet.
My baby!!!!! Oh Noes!!!!! To Michigan!!! I CAN’T STEAL HIM FROM MICHIGAN!! Damn 🙁
You will have them forever in your heart and can “take those memories out” and enjoy them anytime you like. Soon you will have more puppy memories and love to fill your heart. Start looking forward to the next litter and life will be happy again. “hugs*
I’m so very happy to hear that all of the puppies found loving homes. I’m sorry that you have to go through the heart breaking process of leaving those ittle lovelies.
Happy Trails
