I have only ever even HEARD OF two of your shows! LOL! And you and I SAY a LOT of the same things all the time! WOW! That is funny! I stayed on my diet all day yesterday too! And that is ONE day in a row! Today I don’t even know how to track it! It was nibbles of this and nibbles of that… until dinner. I’m so GLAD you did this! Thank you!
