  1. What an interview ! I also love tacos and never attended college, nevertheless I learned 3 languages and a lot more which life teaches you much better !

  2. OH I hated school lunches at least in Elementary school. Lumpy potatoes, gooey gravy over something that smelled bad. I ate PBJ everyday in second grade. They must have improved the lunches when you got to school.
    Love YOU, Mel

  3. I cannot imagine the pain of losing your child. I’m so sorry.

I’d forgotten about American Chop Suey — can you believe the things we were willing to try back then? Ha ha…

  4. Tacos are GOOD! I like them better at home though than out. Today I’ve heard waaaaaay too much about Mexican food and I’m going out for Mexican lunch! I just GOTTA!

I never had American Chop Suey… what IS that? I do remember Friday fish sticks… even back then I loved fish! I wouldn’t eat a fish stick now if ya paid me! I have become a fish stick SNOB! LOL!

  5. Oh so sorry about your daughter.

Our schools didn’t play football. Actually high school sports aren’t big at all here. I mean, some of the parents might come watch but that’s it.

  6. Mmmm… we had Mexican food today too, up in the White Mountains. I’m SO sorry we weren’t able to get together this month, I’d been counting on this week and then Jay surprised me by booking us into an inn up in North Conway. I had no idea, what a surprise. I definitely owe you lunch next year, and let’s book it in advance before the hordes descend on me! I have no idea how an entire month could just vanish like that, it seemed like such a long time and then poof, it was gone!
